Production-grade Next.js platform rebuilt from WordPress with Payload CMS, PostgreSQL, reusable content architecture, and modern cloud infrastructure.

Rebuilt the existing GrowDirector website from a legacy WordPress implementation into a modern Next.js application backed by Payload CMS and PostgreSQL. Designed the CMS architecture and reusable content system, migrated existing content, implemented product, blog, case study, video, and marketing experiences, and integrated Cloudflare R2 for media storage. Preserved SEO and legacy URLs through structured metadata, sitemap handling, and redirects, while optimizing caching and application routing to reduce unnecessary database usage. The resulting platform provides a faster frontend, cleaner editorial workflow, stronger infrastructure, and a substantially more maintainable foundation for future development.
